A NEW WAY TO MAKE YOUR GIFT TO CHRIST THE KING

Through the Simply Giving® program, your gifts to Christ the King are made through a pre-authorized withdrawal from your bank account. You determine the frequency of your automatic gift—weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly—the option is yours. Your gift is deposited into Christ the King’s bank account on the same day it is withdrawn from your account. This is a free program for CtK, provided by Thrivent for Lutherans.

The Enrollment is Easy. . . .

1. Using black ink, complete the personal information section on the enrollment form, including name, address and telephone numbers.

2. Indicate whether this is a new enrollment/authorization, a change in amount, or change in account.

3. Indicate the account type, routing number and account number. Attach a voided check or a savings deposit slip to the enrollment form.

4 Select the frequency of your contribution and amount . Indicate if it will be “Current Operating” or “Capital Fund” and/or “Other.”

4. Sign on the Account Holder Signature line.

5. Bring or mail your completed form to the office or scan the copy and email it to Dawn at dawn@ctknb.org. She will then fill in the congregational information and send it in..
