Statement of Intent

Christ The King Lutheran Church Columbarium

I/We _______________________________________________________ , State my/our intention to purchase a

Columbarium Niche at Christ the King Lutheran church of New Brighton.
 

At the time of this agreement, I/We have made known to the Columbarium Committee the location and size of the niche intended to be purchased. The purchase price per niche is understood to be $750.00 for a single niche, $1250.00 for a double niche and $250.00 for burial in the common ground niche . These prices will be valid for purchases through June 30, 2004. The selected location is reserved for thirty days from date of signing of this agreement, at which time the purchase must be completed with the appropriate payment. If no payment is made by the end of that thirty day period, the selected location will become available to other buyers.

This Pre-sale agreement may be rescinded by either party. This agreement will be considered null and void after a 30 day period unless other arrangements have been made or payment has been received.

After June 30, 2004, the purchase price will increase to the amounts of $800.00 and $1350.00 for a single or double niche respectively. The common ground burial niche will remain at $250.00
