"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’...‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." Matt 25:35-40
Adopt-A-Grandparent at Trevilla—
New Brighton Health & Rehab Center
‘The highlight of the residents’ day is when they have a visitor.’ stated Wendy Roser, the Activities Director at Trevilla. This is a great opportunity for families with children to ‘Adopt’ a grandparent. Children and pets are welcome to visit with the residents. Visit as often as you’d like; we recommend a minimum of once per month. Send birthday and holiday cards. The rest is up to you. Family/Individual orientation and training available.
Time Commitment: as often as you’d like to visit.
